Goal and Vision
Shaping wood and our community is the number one goal of the Neighborhood Woodshop. Our mission is to re-localize carpentry and wood design while using sustainable and earth respecting methods. We take great care to ensure that the highest quality heirloom craftsmanship is made with our hands, in our shop. We love what we do and thrive off of the satisfaction from producing awesome work and happy customers.

Meet the business owner
My name is Philipp Gross
I am a German building engineer and cabinet maker, who studied and trained in the Westerwald, Rheinland-Pfalz and in Bavaria, Germany. My knowledge and experience was extended through eight years of traveling and working around the globe. It was along this journey that I met and fell in love with a Minnesotan girl. Since 2011, we have lived in St.Paul, Minnesota.
